1. Contracting party
These Terms of Use form a binding contract between you and Vytal Med Health & Wellness Corp. ("VYTAL", "we", "us"), a corporation registered in Florida, USA.

2. Acceptance
By using VYTAL you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service.
3. Service
VYTAL is a telemedicine + coaching service. It is not an emergency service — call your local emergency number if you need one.
4. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and eligible for GLP-1 treatment, to be confirmed by a partner physician.
5. Billing
Monthly subscription. Auto-charged via Stripe. Cancel anytime in your account; access ends at the end of the paid period.
6. Medication
We only ship with a valid prescription from a platform physician. Misuse voids responsibility and we never replace in-person care when severe symptoms appear.
7. AI content
We may use AI agents (Claude) for daily support. Responses are informational — the clinical decision is always the physician's.
8. Liability
VYTAL is not liable for indirect damages. Total liability is capped at the customer's last 12-month spend.
9. Jurisdiction
Courts of Lisbon, Portugal, under Portuguese law and applicable EU law.
